For the past 5 times, I have tried to take the survey and it will not let me. I input the required number and hit NEXT. Than it says :Thank YOU FOR TAKING THE SURVEY” without allowing me to take the survey. WHY? This is on the new platform. The older platform I had no problems.

As everyone continues to state, it is impossible to take this survey as the entire system is messed up and has been for months. I have even told employees at the Taco Cabana I go to the the survey process won’t allow anyone to do so. Apparently they don’t care.

If I can’t leave feedback on the quality of the food or ability and professionalism of the staff and get the pittance of a reward for pointing out your shortcomings then I guess I can take my $40 to $60 a month and buy some burgers instead…..You guys have been in business too long to have issues go unresolved for 3 to 5 months…
