Shaws Survey Requirements

In order to participate in the online Shaws survey, participants must meet the following basic requirements. Make sure that you have:

• Access to internet connected device. As the Shaw’s customer satisfaction survey is conducted online, at www.shawssurvey.com, you will need a device that has internet access.
• A secure internet connection. Participating in the online Shaw’s guest satisfaction survey requires the input of personal data. If you complete the Shaws survey, you will be given the option to enter the Shaws survey sweepstakes draw. Each week, four lucky Shaws survey participants will receive a Shaws gift card worth $100. Each Shaws customer can participate in the Shaws survey and sweepstakes once every 15 days.

To enter the sweepstakes, you need to be of legal age in your state when you enter the survey. Only residents of the New England area can participate in the Shaws Sweepstakes. The states include  Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

If you or a member of your household work at Shaws, unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in the Shaws Sweepstakes draw.

How to take the Shaws Survey
