NYAndCompany Survey Requirements

In order to be eligible to complete this NYAndCompany Survey, you will need three major things:

• Internet connection. Your internet connection must be stable and secure so as to protect your personal data.
• A receipt. This receipt should be from an in-store or online purchase from the last visit you paid to the store. Remember: this needs to have happened in the previous 14 days before taking the survey, otherwise, the survey codes will expire. For the survey, you will specifically need two numbers from your bill: the transaction number and the register number.

NYAndCompany Survey Steps

• Go to tellus.nyandcompany.com. Once there you will be greeted by a welcome message telling you that at the end of this present survey you will receive an NYAndCompany Coupon.
• Enter the captcha code. On that same page, there will be a code that you need to enter in order to prove that you’re not a robot. Just enter the code in the image and you should be through.

• Enter the numbers on your receipt. Next, you’ll be asked to provide a valid email address, the transaction and register numbers from the receipt, as well as the date of purchase. Lastly, select the exact store from which you made your purchase.

• Answer all the questions. There will be a lot of questions. It should take you about 10 minutes to answer them all. Be patient and remember exactly how your in-store experience went.
