McDonald’s values your feedback, and upon completion of their customer satisfaction survey, you will receive a validation code you can use at specific McDonald’s locations.
You can use the McDonalds survey validation code within 30 days of receiving it.
Customers can participate in five surveys a month maximum. Thus, you can have five valid McDonald’s offer codes. Keep in mind you can redeem only one offer at a time for each visit.

- Have a recent McDonald’s receipt. You can use the receipt to participate in the McDonalds survey seven days after your purchase.
- You must be 13 years of age or above.
- You also have to be a legal resident of 50 states of USA.
- You must have basic knowledge of English or Spanish, as the survey can be taken in both languages.
- The McDonalds survey will take a few minutes of your time. Ensure you have at least 10 minutes to spent before getting started.
- As you will be asked to provide personal information, ensure you agree with their privacy terms by reading their Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page.
How to take the McDonalds Survey
Here are the necessary steps for successfully completing the McDonalds survey:
- Go to the McDonalds survey website: mcdvoice.com and choose the language you prefer. By default, the McDonalds survey is in English.
- You will be required to enter information from your receipt.
- There are two types of receipts. One has a 26-digit survey code printed on top, above the McDonald’s store address.
- If you don’t have a McDonalds survey code, click on the link below the explanatory image.
- From a receipt without a survey code, you’ll need some of the information printed beneath the “Thank You!” message.
- Store number – you’ll see it on the right, just below the “Thank You!” message.
- KS number – on the left of the receipt.
- Date of Visit – to the right of the KS number.
- Time of Visit – the last number in this line.
- Order – in this box, you need to write the number printed next to KVS order.
- Amount Spent – the last thing you need to fill in, the amount spent appears next to “Eat-In Total” (not Cash Tendered).
- A series of questions will follow about your overall customer experience and satisfaction. Try to answer as truthfully as possible. You can also leave comments on the quality of their service and food, friendliness of staff, and other aspects they find important.
- At the end of the survey, you can receive a McDonald’s code which you can use to redeem your reward at participating McDonald’s locations.
