By participating in the survey, you can contribute to the improvement of Kohl’s products and Kohl’s services. The survey is not very long, and quite easy to fill in.

Kohl’s Survey Rewards & Tips

The reward for completing the Kohl’s survey came in the form of Kohl’s coupons or Kohl’s gift cards. The Kohl’s coupons could be worth upwards of $1000.

At the time, the Kohl’s survey is not offering any Kohl’s coupons, Kohl’s gift cards or any other kind of survey completion reward. However, they may very well bring back the Kohl’s survey rewards. We will let you know as soon as they do.

Kohl’s Survey Requirements

Before you can take the Kohl’s survey, you must check to see if you meet the survey requirements. If you do not fulfill these requirements, you may be unable to participate in the survey.

• A stable and secure internet connection. The Kohl’s survey is available only online. Therefore, you need a stable internet connection, so that you don’t encounter any issues while answering the Kohl’s survey questions. You will also have to fill in some personal details, so it is advisable you avoid unsafe internet connections, such as public WI-FI.
• A computer. Naturally, you will also need a computer to access www.kohls.com/survey
• A Kohl’s receipt. To participate in the survey, you will need to prove you are indeed a recent Kohl’s customer. To do this, you will have to provide some information from a recent Kohl’s receipt. The receipt should contain the following details: a store number of 4 digits and an access code of 16 digits.

How to Complete the Kohl’s Survey

• Go to the official Kohl’s survey page. There are two ways you can access the Kohl’s survey website. You can visit either Kohl’s main web page, www.kohls.com and go the the Store Survey tab, www.kohls.com/survey. You can also go directly to the survey page, at www.kohlslistens.com. Both addresses will bring you to the survey.
• Choose your language. After you’ve accessed the first page of the survey, you will see two buttons. The first one is in English asking you if you’re ready to begin the survey, and the second one will direct you to the Kohl’s Spanish survey page.
• Enter the details on your receipt. On the third page, you will be asked to enter the two numbers mentioned above. Check very carefully that they are entered correctly, as you may be banned from completing the survey if they are not.
• Answer all the questions. The whole survey shouldn’t take up more than 10 minutes of your time. The questions are fairly simple and have to do with your latest in-store experience.
