To enter the Golden Corral, the most important thing you’ll need is a recent Golden Corral receipt. The Golden Corral receipt should contain an invitation to take part in the survey, as well as a 14-digit survey code.
This survey code will be necessary to access the questionnaire. Without it, you will not be able to enter the Golden Corral survey. Only Golden Corral customers who are 18 or older may complete the survey.
The Golden Corral Sweepstakes have their own set of rules. You must be of legal age to enter the sweepstakes. In addition, you cannot participate in the sweepstakes if you or someone in your household works for Golden Corral.
