‘Tis the season to be jolly! Why? Because the heartwarming, loving, and caring people at the Family Christian stores have made us a brand new season greeting: the Family Christian Survey at fcs.pleaserateus.com. And if you too are in tune with the spirit of Christianity – i.e. giving – why not give them a little bit of your time and complete this survey?
Of course, you shouldn’t expect to receive anything in return, but shh – I’ll let you in on a little secret: if you complete the Family Christian Survey, you will be receiving a Family Christian store coupon that will give you an amazing 30% off of your next purchase! Amen to that!
If you do choose to complete the survey, you will be giving the nice people of Family Christian a chance to extend their generosity onto even more lands. Why? Because, as you may or may not know, Family Christian has extended their business to areas of the world where few dare tread. As of 2013, the store has had such great success that it could afford to change into a completely non-profit organization, giving all of its extra money to charities. Charities that use these profits to make the lives of children around the world in underdeveloped countries a bit less stressful.
Now that is a true Christian! If you too would like to give your share to the noble causes that these people contribute to, then go right ahead and enter the survey at fcs.pleaserateus.com.
Family Christian Survey Tips & Rewards
The first thing that you will probably need to know regarding this survey is whether or not it is possible to complete it in any other language other than English. You can do that! If you want to, you can choose to complete it in Spanish. This is a nice touch by Family Christian. Not many surveys are completed in other languages. If you want to see exactly how to choose Spanish, go to the Steps section of this survey guide.
Then, you’ll probably want to know a bit more about the rewards. There isn’t much more to say, however: the survey is easy to complete. Once you’re done with it, you will receive a Family Christian store coupon for a 30% discount. You can use this coupon in any store, but only with merchandise that hasn’t already been price-reduced. You can only complete the survey once every 14 days and you can only have one coupon for each store visit. The coupons expire after 30 days.
Family Christian Survey Requirements
In order to complete this survey, you will be needing two very special things.
Firstly, you will be needing a working computer. This computer should be securely connected to the internet. The connection should be stable, powerful, and protected by antivirus software. The computer itself can be either a Mac or a PC. In terms of computing devices, you can also go for a tablet, or iPad, and probably even a smartphone. Just as long as you go to it in your mobile browser.
Secondly, you will need a valid receipt from your most recent Family Christian Store visit. This receipt should not be older than 7 days the moment you begin the survey, as it won’t be valid anymore. To check this, look at the date imprinted on the receipt. From this receipt, you need to enter the date of your visit, the time of your purchase, the last 4 digits of the transaction number, the store number, the associate number, and the 1:27 rewards number (sometimes called the Cust ID).

About Family Christian
Have you completed the survey? That’s great. Here’s a bit more info about Family Christian, if you’ve now become so interested in the company that you can’t look away:
Some of you may know that Family Christian is the largest Christian retail store in the US. It was originally founded by the brothers Bernie and Pat Zondervan back in 1931. The two wanted to make a publishing house dedicated to preaching the stories of Jesus Christ. So they bought a store from the Harper Brothers and opened it as their own in 1932. Funnily enough, in 1988, the now 64-store business was acquired by the very people who sold them their first store.
HarperCollins was the whole owner of the Family Bookstores until the year 1994 when the board of the latter decided on a buyout from the mother company. In 1997 they rebranded to Family Christian so that they would better convey their strictly Christian merchandise.
In 2013 after numerous charity offerings and management changes, Family Christian switched its business from a for-profit organization to a non-profit, essentially giving all of its profit to charities.

Reviews & Complaints
Loving M. from Torrance, California says the following about Family Christian
I have a friend who is a new believer, and I recommended she go here to find a new highlighter of her brand new Bible. When she went to pay for her item, she realized she did not have enough cash so she handed the cashier her debit card. The cashier said rudely, “It’s only $1.75! You don’t even have a dollar?” My friend was hurt and offended. She had her two young children with her as well. Seriously, this place needs a management overhaul.
John C. from Somerset, New Jersey, on the other hand, has a better opinion of them:
They are a Non-profit organization. After expenses, they donate profits to help the needy. They also have a great selection of Christian books and music! The children’s section has a great variety for all ages.
