Clarks Customer Reviews & Complaints
With such a long history, we’re really sorry that we couldn’t gather up some customer reviews from the 19th century – it would’ve been incredibly interesting. However, we do have some 21st-century reviews, and here they are:
Luz M. from Yonkers, New York, says that her feet are “wimps” and that she often gets blisters from most types of shoes. However, she compliments Clarks on the fact that none of their shoes gave her problems. And she says that now she owns most of her footwear from Clarks.
Hank from Manhattan, on the other hand, was not impressed by the fact that the store closed 20 minutes earlier than the schedule on the door said. He does, however, say that it was a Sunday.
