MyBKExperience Burger King Survey at www.mybkexperience.com

Burger King customers can share their feedback easily, through the MyBKExperience Burger King survey. The MyBKExperience survey is available at www.mybkexperience.com and can be accessed by anyone who as a recent Burger King receipt. And once you complete the survey, you can receive a small token of appreciation from Burger King.  If you’re not sure what to expect from the survey, this article is here to help. We will outline the MyBKExperience survey steps and requirements.

MyBKExperience Burger King Survey Requirements

As mentioned, if you want to take the MyBKExperience survey, you will need a Burger King receipt to enter. Your Burger King receipt should have a MyBKExperience survey invitation, plus a survey ID code. This code will allow you to access the questionnaire itself.

You will also have to mention a couple of things about your Burger King visit, including Burger King restaurant number, time of visit and amount spent. If you cannot remember this information, you will have it printed on your receipt as well.

MyBKExperience Burger King Survey Tips & Rewards

If you decide to take the MyBKExperience survey, at the end, you will receive a Burger King coupon as a reward. The value of this Burger King coupon may change. Generally, however, you can redeem your Burger King coupon for one free Whopper. You can find the exact value of the Burger King coupon printed on your receipt.

To get this coupon, you will have to complete all the survey questions. After submitting all your aswers, the Burger King coupon code will pop up on screen. Write this coupon code on the receipt you used  to access the survey. Be sure to bring this receipt with you when you visit Burger King the next time. Inform your cashier that you will be using a Burger King coupon before making your purchase. You will receive your Buger King survey free Whopper with the purchase of a drink and side. You cannot exchange the Burger King survey free Whopper for a different menu item.

How to Complete the MYBKExperience Burger King Survey

Now that we’ve gotten all the little details out of the way, it’s high time we got to actually completing the MYBKEexperience.com survey. Here are all the steps:

  1. Go to Burger King survey at www.mybkexperience.com. 
  2. Choose your language. If you would prefer to take the Burger King survey in Spanish or French, just choose the appropriate option from the bottom left-side of the first page.
  3. Enter the store number. Next, on the same page, there will be a small space where you will be asked to enter the Burger King store number. This number should be printed at the top-most part of your receipt.mybkexperience burger king survey welcome screen
  4. Enter the survey code. After you click next you will be taken to a page and asked for the Burger King survey code. This code should be at the bottom of your receipt.mybkexperience burger king survey code form
  5. Answer all the Burger King survey questions. Next up come the actual questions. Reserve between 5 and 10 minutes of your time for this part.
  6. Get the validation code. After you’ve answered all of the questions in the MYBKExperience survey, you will be given a Burger King validation code. Write this on your receipt and then present it to your nearest Burger King location to redeem your free Burger King menu item.

    The only type of receipt we were given was a “Customer Copy – Charge Receipt” that does not have the store # or survey code anywhere on the receipt, even though the survey details are printed on the back.

      Hello! If you can’t find the store number on your receipt, you can use the Burger King locator, https://www.bk.com/locations, to find the number of the Burger King restaurant you visited.

    This is probably the most frustrating experience I have had trying to complete a customer service survey. The wait at the drive thru window was over 20 minutes and there were only 5 vehicles in line before us. Just placing the order at the order microphone was an issue. I place my order and asked a question waited I could hear other orders being placed and finally the employee came back on line and ask for my order again. My complete order was a Whopper and a small onion ring. The cashier didn’t have the right order so I repeated at that window finally after 20 minutes I was given my order with no order thank you etc. I decided to do the customer service survey and was reward with the message they had closed that session try again some other time. Then I tried to find a corporate site so that I could at least voice my frustration. I was able to finally complete the survey. But customer service doesn’t seem to be a corporate goal.

    The survey would not take the answers to the questions.I really want to tell them that this burger king was not properly refridgerating their lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles.They were putting them on a shelf under their prep table for hours . The tomatoes etc.will go through a heat and make people sick and it seems to be standard practice at this store since this was the second time I`ve seen this .The first time I hoped that they had just finished their prep and had only put them there for a short time until they had a break in their customers so they could put them up,I was wrong.

    Ok I was just at BK yesterday. Got my receipt did their survey. It tells me they have reached their quote. So I called them he told me to do the survey again. So I tried to n got the same reply so wat is going on??

      BK might not be collecting feedback from their customers for the time being. They likely need to sort the data they have already collected. The survey will definitely be back in no time.

    BILLY Rock, this was the last time I go to BK, they were slow, food was sloppy and the food was cold (PLUS) the order was wrong when we got home. Thanks but no thanks, you can keep the free item.

    I always eat at this store.it is near my home. Their service is great. Most of servers are friendly and smiling. I prefer Burger King to most other Burgers because there are flame broiled
