Last Saturday, 11/07/15 I had a refrigerator and dishwasher delivered to my home in the Montgomery County area, MD.
I just want to thank the exceptional service both men from Best Buy did.
One of the guys name is Juan, and the driver Cecel.
They both were very punctual. First, they called to let us know they were on their way and that will be getting at my house in between 30-40 minutes. At 30 minutes exactly, they knocked at the door and delivered my 2 remaining items that I recently bought at Best Buy. That is the kind of service that we (customers) expect from a bug company and made us happy and wanting to consider buying at Best Buy again. I give them both A+
One week before an electric stove was delivered to my house,(I bought these 3 items at the same store) and in that occasion, my experience with the delivery guy was the worse – they left the electric stove in the middle of the kitchen and did not installed it. When we turned to look at them, they were already leaving in their truck. I did call customer service about it (of course)

I went to Best Buy to purchase House of Cards DVD, Season 5. The advertisement in the newspaper stated it would be out Tuesday, 3 October. At the front of the store there were “New Releases” — needless to say, there was no House of Cards. I finally found a person who went to the back in inventory and retrieved the DVD. It took about 15 minutes. Why didn’t you have them in the “New Releases” rack? Time is valuable to me — where is your Manager?
